The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Senior Retail Assistant to join our brand new Oxfam Holywood Superstore!

Our Holywood Superstore launched in Spring 2024 and it's about eight times bigger than the average Oxfam shop with 7,000 square feet. The quality and volume of pre-loved garments in our Holywood Superstore are set to make this a shopping destination for the island of Ireland.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

• Demonstrable relevant experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a hands-on approach.
• Experience or interest in merchandising & good attention to detail.
• Experience sorting and pricing textiles in charity retail is desirable.
