The Role

At AMS, we're building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We're looking for a Senior Recruiter - Early Careers and Campus who enjoys learning and values teamwork.
The Senior Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their campus/early careers hiring demand. They are responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues.
The Senior Recruiter will work closely with the Team Lead (TL), Manager (CSM), Senior Manager (SM), recruiters, and coordinators to ensure high-quality recruitment services and a smooth recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities
Client & Internal Stakeholder Relationships
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Deliver end-to-end campus recruitment, advising with market insight and SME knowledge
- Lead attraction strategy discussions with TL, CSM/SM, and Early Careers leadership
- Monitor funnel metrics with Philippines/Poland teams to address risks early
- Collaborate with CoE teams to ensure strong client and candidate experience
- Coach and mentor Recruiters and Coordinators
- Primary contact for reporting, governance, and data requests
Recruitment Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver recruitment services in line with SLAs and contracts
- Lead intake meetings, recruitment planning, calibrations, and offer processes
- Ensure high-quality shortlists and excellent candidate experience through to start date
- Proactively manage stakeholder issues and escalate as needed
- Share best practice, contribute to projects, and identify continuous improvement and upsell opportunities
Technology & Compliance
- Maintain accurate real-time updates across all systems and trackers
- Identify and flag scope creep
- Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and data standards
- Track, escalate, and mitigate compliance risks in line with AMS frameworks
Skills & Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end campus / early careers recruitment
- Strong stakeholder partnering with hiring managers and senior internal teams
- Ability to lead intake meetings, attraction strategy, calibrations, and offer processes
- Experience delivering recruitment services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations
- Strong collaboration with offshore/nearshore teams and ability to coach recruiters/coordinators
- Confident use of recruitment systems, reporting, and funnel metrics
- Strong focus on candidate experience, quality, and process compliance
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation, data privacy, and risk management
- Demonstrated behaviours: effective communication, prioritisation, issue resolution, continuous improvement
Nice to have:
- Experience in an RPO environment
- Assessment Centre and volume hiring exposure
- Commercial awareness (scope creep, upsell opportunities, financial impact)
- Experience contributing to projects or service improvements beyond core delivery
- Advanced recruitment reporting or analytics capability
