About the role

  • Lead financial planning for Global Brands Supply Logistics, covering $0.4B of spend across global markets.
  • Lead financial planning for Inventory, covering ~$1.9B of inventory across global markets, driving inventory reduction in global brand supply and supporting inventory reduction in all markets.
  • Drive productivity savings on logistics costs, across procurement, network design, operational efficiency and end-to-end supply with markets
  • Lead the monthly BPM cycle, understanding latest trends, changes, gaps to target and key interventions needed on both logistics costs and inventory Highlight key risks to the forecast and escalate for interventions where needed. Interrogate the assumptions, numbers and the business owners to ensure the forecast is robust and issues are being resolved
  • Communicate Logistics COGS position to senior leadership in supply chain, and inventory position in global cash council.
  • Understand the details, but be able to explain the total picture in a straight forward way - get the elevator pitch right.
  • Drive the annual ASC planning process, outlooking Logistics costs for the next three years, explaining key assumptions across inflation, productivity and other impacts.
  • Help set the right targets for the supply chain leads and align the numbers with corporate.
  • This role has three direct reports to enable the output and coordinate the required activities

What you'll bring

  • Have at least 10 years of experience managing accounting and/or Finance Planning and Analysis
  • Develop and manage Ad hoc finance analysis, reports and presentations
  • Have strong variance analysis, mix, volume, cost, productivity, inflation.
  • Be hands-on and a professional with the attitude to build and improve processes
  • Have ability to lead a team
  • Have experience implementing and developing projects from the finance part
  • Have SAP knowledge
