We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Department.

As a Senior Chef de Partie you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

• To ensure the entire food production process is in line with the company standards.
• To comply with the menu standards and ensure all items area always available for consumption and are delivered to the Park Regis standard.
• To have flair in presenting food to the customer
• To work with food and beverage team to ensure guess received a seamless dining experience
• To assist in providing hotel staff with Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
• To regularly communicate with the restaurant team in regards to product availability the length of wait recook orders and menu questions.
• To be aware of any guest dietary requirements and allergies
• be aware of and work towards achieving company budget Food GP.
• You may be required to Purchase supplies for the kitchen and other services for the hotel as directed, in the prescribed manner, and with the correct authorisations.
