Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Business Support Coordinator to carry out sales administration and business operations responsibilities in the London Office network and Operations teams.

Role:

London Residential Sales is looking for a Senior Business Support Coordinator to handle sales administration and business operations for our London office network. Reporting to the Operations Executives, you'll provide support across multiple locations, including Canary Wharf, Fulham, Wandsworth, Wimbledon, and possibly Dulwich. We need a confident, detail-oriented individual who is adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working with various teams. The role requires flexibility for travel between the different offices each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience in every interaction, managing calls and client inquiries.
  • Coordinate property visits and manage office inboxes for external queries.
  • Assist with implementing customer experience initiatives to improve net promoter scores.
  • Support multiple departments with sales administration, ensuring high-quality service within set timeframes.
  • Manage CRM records, create template letters, and handle client due diligence processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external standards, improving audit pass rates.
  • Generate accurate sales invoices, credit notes, and code contractor/facility invoices.
  • Submit timesheets, expenses, and offer finance-related support as needed.
  • Adhere to ISO, GDPR, and IT security regulations, raising security incidents when necessary.
  • Organize digital files, implement clear desk/screen policies, and log accidents via third-party platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system processes, providing feedback and supporting the rollout of new digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-office teams and contribute to wider business support.
  • Create marketing materials, manage social media, and ensure property listings are up to date.
  • Coordinate external suppliers for EPCs, photos, and floorplans.
  • Maintain office branding standards and ensure compliance with marketing deadlines.

Key Experience Required:

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar operations, administration or secretarial role (preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft office packages.
  • Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
