As a Senior Business Development Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage process. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partnering with Hiring Managers across multiple client accounts to understand recruitment priorities and advise on role requirements.
- Business Development: Proactively engage with clients to expand our relationship and secure new recruitment roles.
- Collaborating with Sourcing Specialists to ensure that high-quality candidate shortlists are delivered on time.
- Building Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing updates on recruitment progress and trends.
- Managing Recruitment Processes from end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews and offering a professional experience to both candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Advising Clients on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensuring Compliance with client policies, legal requirements, and recruitment governance standards.
- Supporting Offer Management and Onboarding, ensuring successful candidates transition smoothly into their new roles.
- Meeting SLAs & KPIs: Consistently hit targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide visibility on recruitment activity and outcomes to all stakeholders.
- Driving a Positive Candidate and Client Experience: Engage with candidates and Hiring Managers proactively, solving problems and ensuring a smooth process.
Skills & Experience
What You'll Need:
- Strong Business Development Experience: Proven ability to expand client relationships and secure new business.
- Professional Services Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in this area.
- Recruitment Expertise: Solid experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Build and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment technologies, such as Bline, TalentLink, and Blueprint.
- Recruitment Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with best practices and legal requirements in recruitment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Contingent Workforce Hiring: Exposure to this type of hiring is a plus.
