Essential criteria
- Excellent communication skills. Able to quickly build a rapport
- Able to build relationships and collaborate with others - internally and externally
- Competent using applications in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent record keeping/data recording skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Desirable criteria
- Understanding of statutory clinical trial regulations, GCP and Research governance requirement
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Experience of talking to people over the telephone in a work environment
- Experience of completing spreadsheets and updating databases
- Experience of prioritising tasks
Desirable criteria
- Experience of lung health checks
- Familiarity with NCST - very brief advice to stop smoking
- Experience of working in a health setting
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Must have achieved grade C (4) or above in Maths and English; or equivalent
Statutory, legal and special requirements

- Prepared to undergo a DBS check
- Have a full clean driving license and access to transport
