MultiAir UK & Ireland, home of ALUP Kompressoren, Worthington Creysenssac, MARK and ABAC, are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our CTS division to new heights. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with the ability to oversee and guide a high-performing team. As a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing plans that drive sustainable, long-term, profitable growth. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our revenue streams and maintaining our reputation as a trusted advisor to our valued clients.

Your Role:

  • Overseeing the activities and driving strategy delivery of the CTS sales team, providing guidance and support where necessary.
  • In conjunction with the Business Line Manager CTS, design, implement and deliver a strategic plan that delivers long-term profitable growth for the CTS division.
  • Increase revenue of aftermarket components, including but not limited to spare parts, mechanical/electrical components, pipework and extended warranty
  • agreements across your area, in accordance with agreed business/area plans & budgets.
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities, customer/prospect interaction and marketing activities towards achieving agreed business aims, including sales growth
  • and profitability.
  • Deliver sales presentations, end-user sales/site visits and exhibitions as required.
  • Onboard, train and grow new members of the team to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Drive a value-based sales approach promoting our products' features and benefits.
  • Formulate commercial proposals and the calculation of sales prices to maximise both revenues & profits.
  • Work closely with your team, supporting their sales efforts throughout the country.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and support warranty and any related supply issues pertaining to your geographical sales area and customer base.
  • Proactive use of CRM (C4C) system to enable a consistent and clear view of sales forecast/pipeline.
  • Utilise in-house CRM (C4C) sales data to provide monthly updates to the management team, along with the timely recording of visit and action reports
  • (including lost order reports).
  • Use CRM (C4C) to monitor and provide feedback to your team in relation to financial KPIs and expectancies.
  • Understand the gaps within your market coverage to regional/industrial sectors and propose action plans and solutions.
  • Manage pricing strategy throughout the country, avoiding price erosion, with the support of the CTS Business Line Manager and in line with the pricing
  • guidelines.
  • Liaise with colleagues in other areas of the organisation to coordinate activities.
  • Attend and present at company & sales meetings.
  • Managing personal time and productivity.
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
  • Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.

Territory to cover: Full country responsibility, inclusive of R.O.I.

To succeed, you will need:
Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing qualification or equivalent experience gained through time served.

Knowledge/Experience Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of MultiAir UK & Ireland aftermarket product portfolio is advantageous.
  • Must be adept in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good standard of knowledge of the compressed air industry.
  • Experience in sales territory management.

General requirements:

  • Full UK Driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
  • Lives within the geographical area and able to visit the Warrington office when required.
  • Able to stay overnight on occasions in the UK or Europe as and when required.
