Your Role

Capgemini Engineering is hiring a dynamic Staffing Manager to drive resource excellence across our engineering units. In this pivotal role, you'll be the connector-aligning the right talent with the right projects at the right time (R3). You'll collaborate with Engineering Unit Managers, Talent Acquisition, Sales, and Delivery teams to optimise the deployment of both permanent and contingent engineers.   • Ensure the right capability is in the right place at the right time (R3) across multiple engineering units.
  • Align supply with demand using all sourcing channels, while addressing skills gaps through upskilling or reskilling.
  • Maintain accurate resourcing data, analyse trends, and optimise resource utilisation, including bench and rotation.
  • Partner with Engineering Unit Directors to drive strategic staffing decisions and support project delivery.

Your Profile

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of engineering and market dynamics.
  • 5+ years' experience delivering complex services and projects at management level.
  • Skilled in resource planning, risk management, and enabling capability through upskilling.
  • Familiar with resource management tools like RETAIN, WHOZ, or Pick Your Skills.
