About the role:

Our IT Services team apply deep expertise and innovative solutions to help solve challenges for our customers. The Project Manager /Business Analyst is responsible for delivering overall project objectives and specific team deliverables, by the planning of project activities and executing assigned tasks/work within the expected quality standards, to ensure the project is a success.

This role can be full-time on-site or hybrid split between home and on-site. Ideally based in or a commutable distance of Aberdeen.

Here's what the role looks like:

• Manage a portfolio of application projects ranging in size and complexity, and ensuring projects are delivered in scope, on time and within budget. Some of these projects include :
• Control of Works applications.
• Hydrocarbon applications
• Process mapping
• Accounting applications.
• Performing analytical activities, such as business case development and process mapping .
• Working with users and the business , gathering requirements , condense requirements into a scope of work and working with and managing vendors.
• Conducting regular reviews during project and service transition with customers and key stakeholders / senior management.
• Track project progress and costs, and proactively manage any changes via a controlled Change management process.
• Create and maintain project documentation to track actions, risks, and issues.

Requirements

Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:

• You'll be an experienced hybrid Project Manager and Business Analyst with exposure to the delivery of a range of IT projects.
• You'll work alongside a highly experienced technical delivery team.
• You will be managing key stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Oil & Gas background ideally
• Strong communications and networking skills
• Highly developed influencing and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and self-reliant problem solver
• Enthusiastic with a questioning and challenging attitude
• Ability to make rational decisions under pressure
• Proven ability to build and maintain key business relationships
• Multi-tasking abilities
