Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Transformation Team. You will manage the delivery of multiple business-driven projects, providing overall direction, coordination, control, implementation, and completion.

Your role will ensure alignment with business strategies and oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including delivery to time, budget, benefits, quality, and change. You will need to excel in delivering change to a diverse group of global stakeholders in a fast-moving environment, requiring strong communication and influencing skills to build effective working relationships at all levels within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business cases with feasibility studies and research; liaise with stakeholders and experts to define requirements.
  • Create and manage stakeholder and communication plans.
  • Lead formal governance of projects.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex projects, from requirements gathering to operational handover.
  • Oversee daily project aspects, including planning, budgeting, risk management, resource assignment, and reporting.
  • Handle commercial and legal project aspects, including budgets, risk assessments, tenders, and negotiations.
  • Manage change aspects, recognising business environment changes, identifying stakeholders, developing approaches, and training staff/clients.
  • Ensure project benefits and value are realised.
  • Embed changes into business operations.
  • Contribute to the firm's project and change management approach.
  • Ensure all handover, support, and systems documentation is completed.
