Your impact

As the Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) Program Manager at OpenText, you will play a critical role in integrating acquired companies into our global organization. Your leadership will ensure that the LER program is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with key business objectives. You will manage risks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide clear guidance, ensuring the successful long-term integration of our acquisitions. This high-profile role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external advisors, and your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and growth of our global business.

What you need to succeed

- A minimum of 3 years of proven program management experience, ideally within a large multinational company.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, with a PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.
- Finance or Tax qualification/part-qualification is an advantage.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and global setting, with a high degree of integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, paired with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the capability to compile and present detailed reports to senior leadership.
