- In conjunction with the ITV eTribez Systems Administrator, perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing for system updates and changes.
- Ensure process and system updates are implemented with minimal disruption and high levels of stakeholder engagement. This will include demonstrating new features to the production management and production finance community.
- Act as a change champion, promoting new ways of working and ensuring smooth transitions during process and system updates.
- Serve as a central point of contact for the production finance process and system-related queries and initiatives.
- In partnership with the Production Finance Managers, run the UK eTribez Power User Network, gathering feedback and ideas for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training and develop training content for new processes and new starters
- Provide ongoing support for end-users, ensuring system changes are well-communicated and understood.
- In collaboration with the third party vendor and the ITV eTribez Systems Administrator, provide expert advice on the eTribez production finance system, acting as a key intermediary between the third-party vendor, production, and production finance teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis of system and process issues, collaborating with the Systems Administrator, ITV technical support teams, and/or GPOs from other finance teams to resolve issues.
