The Opportunity

The Performance Marketing Manager sits within our Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur & Kama Ayurveda based in London.

You will manage the digital media campaigns, overseeing Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and VOD/Display media, from planning to implementation across our global markets. You will manage all media to meet revenue targets and be accountable for the CA&R targets associated.

You will own the media activations for L'Artisan Parfumeur and Kama Ayurveda at an exciting time for the brands where you can influence campaigns from planning, content and implementation.

What you'll get to do

You will be responsible for...

• Planning, developing and implementing full funnel marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with the Brand, ECommerce and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns
• Working with the Brand teams to create best-in-class, digital-1st creative assets that are optimised for channel, placements and targeting

We'd love to meet you if you have

• Solid experience working in a similar Media role - managing performance channels ideally within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury or any DTC innovation-led business
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to manage people, processes and communicate with wide stakeholder group
• You will be an inquisitive thinker and someone who can challenge with a view to innovate
• Incredibly creative commercial marketing and consumer communication skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to understand and pivot to next steps / innovations
• Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritising accordingly
• A real team player, willing to work collaboratively to get the best outcome for the brand
