Pay Rate: £36,000 - £45,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday
Location: Lindt - Coventry (CV6 4BX)

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Lead the standardization of Operational Management Systems (OMS) to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
• Drive environmental sustainability efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting eco-friendly practices.
• Bring a dynamic and energetic approach to invigorate the site and motivate the existing team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet company goals.
