We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our operational teams in delivering high-quality food products efficiently and effectively. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing production processes, and implementing best practices across all areas of the organization.

Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure that we meet our ambitious business targets. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operational staff.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and manage operational budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, safety regulations and mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
