We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our stunning Grosvenor London Barracuda Casino. Your role will be to support your General Manager in maximising performance in all areas of your casino; making the difference by inspiring, motivating and leading your team to deliver high quality, exciting and entertaining experiences to your customers.This is an amazing opportunity to have a hand in most aspects of Operations.
You will;
- Deliveran excellent product and customer experience whilst upholding the principles of safer gambling through all gaming or hosting activities in the Casino.
- Drive performance of the casino measured against targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
- Champion values - Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility & Solutions
- Help to build a highly capable management team who are fanatical about safer gambling, customer excellence and a quality product.
- Recruitment, training and development of a strong teamwith personal Development Plans in place for direct reports
- Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability;review labour costs and contracted hours for the gaming/hostingteam
- Ensure your casino complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements; be a champion for safer gambling
- Perform Duty Manager responsibility as per the weekly management rota.
- Conduct/RecordEDD and RG conversations with customers
- Be responsible for Customer Experience and Satisfaction Targets
Qualifications
Alongside previous casino management experience with excellent knowledge of all UK gaming activities, you'll need to be a current PML license holder with a customer-centric approach that will drive high engagement and confidence in your teams to provide first-class customer service that both excites and entertains.
As you'll be managing a team; you'll need strong leadership skills with the ability to coach & motivate,with ateam mindset who really cares about your team's development.You'll be apeople orientated, customer focused individual, able to lead by example and drive performance.
As this is a 24/7 operation, flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends is required.
