In addition, it will also take ownership for onboarding new marketplaces, creating and developing then instigating these improvements with both our current and new partners, so we can deliver future capability to support our growth ambitions in the marketplace sector!

NB: To stay close to customers, our support teams in our Paddington Support Office 3 days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected. The salary on offer for this position starts at £35,000 to circa £45,000 dependent on experience.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

• Take ownership for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of Marketplace orders fulfilled via the International hubs, to ensure orders are delivered on time and fully aligned with the requirements of the Marketplaces
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure product flows through the supply chain, identifying processes for improvement and driving efficiency
• Build strong relationships with 3rd party logistics suppliers to ensure optimum routes to market, monitoring and challenging to ensure high service levels while ensuring logistics costs are within budget
• Complete gap analysis to understand any operational or systemic developments required to deliver to new Marketplaces, or to adapt existing processes to requirements for new operating models
• Support with budget management and tracking of Marketplace logistics costs

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

• Ability to utilise Microsoft Office and a proven understanding of MS Excel
• A good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes
• Numerically and analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and statistics
• Commercially and financially aware
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to initiate and build positive relationships with Marketplace Partners, internal Business Units, Supply Chain & Logistics Teams, Online Teams and International colleagues
