Role Summary

We have a very desirable and rare opportunity for an Administrative Line Manager to join our Community Care Group on a permanent basis at 37.5 hours per week. The post will become available at the beginning of April 2025 following the retirement of our current post holder. Our desired candidate will have demonstrable people management skills and experience with exceptional problem solving & attention to detail capability. You'll be adept at motivating a team, planning & organising your own and a team's workload and at ease with adapting to changing demands with the aim to ensure positive outcomes, KPI's and deadlines are achieved. You believe in and will demonstrate an inclusive, enthusiastic and positive leadership style to ensure our Administrative Teams are cared for and supported.

Previous demonstrable strong skills and experience of leadership are of upmost importance to us. Thorough understanding of NHS performance targets, change management & patient flow is very desirable.

The role has responsibility for the business support service across 2 busy Exeter community based Health and Social care clusters along with oversight of the associated estates the teams are based in.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9-5pm
