The Go to Market teamwork across the Consumer Business Division and wider organisation, translating the commercial ambition, marketing plan and strategy, into clear, focused delivery plans that delight our customers, driving growth and momentum for the business.
As a Lead Go to Market Manager, you will be accountable for the overall delivery of the Go to Market roadmap and execution for one of our key segments, in this case Trading. The role will share and collaborate with other segment Lead GTM Managers, Customer Pilot Manager and Senior GTM Manager to ensure inputs are captured and aligned in the overall Consumer GTM plan. You must be able to operate with awareness of all in-flight initiatives across Vodafone UK (particularly in Consumer and IT) to ensure that your segment projects are run effectively in this wider business context and choices are made with full understanding of knock on impacts and wider business trade-offs.
The Lead Go to Market Manager will motivate and lead their team of GTM Managers & Specialists to successfully deliver all initiatives in their segment plan whilst driving key business outcomes. Your ability to plan and prioritise you and your team's workload, in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, will be critical to success.
