Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Education to Degree or equivalent level of experience within Informatics,
  • Prince 2 Foundation
  • Educated to GCSE/O'Level English and maths or equivalent level

Desirable criteria

  • Prince 2 Practitioner
  • Microsoft Project Foundation
  • Agile Project Management

Training

Essential criteria

  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development, including specialist training in areas such as: - Risk Management - Programme and Project Delivery methodologies (including Prince 2) - MS Project Planning - Change Management and Control

Experience/Knowledge

Essential criteria

  • Ability to leading change projects utilising project management methodologies
  • Ability to working with teams from both technical and nontechnical backgrounds in a matrix environmen
  • Ability to apply budgeting, benefits tracking and demand management principles to projects
  • Ability to apply and appreciate project finances, risk and issue and dependency management within projects.
  • Ability to apply all aspects of project documentation and administration relating to successful management and communications of projects
  • Able to use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Desirable criteria

  • Experience in leading change projects utilising project management methodologies in a health and/or social care environments.
