Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Education to Degree or equivalent level of experience within Informatics,
- Prince 2 Foundation
- Educated to GCSE/O'Level English and maths or equivalent level
Desirable criteria
- Prince 2 Practitioner
- Microsoft Project Foundation
- Agile Project Management
Training
Essential criteria
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development, including specialist training in areas such as: - Risk Management - Programme and Project Delivery methodologies (including Prince 2) - MS Project Planning - Change Management and Control
Experience/Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Ability to leading change projects utilising project management methodologies
- Ability to working with teams from both technical and nontechnical backgrounds in a matrix environmen
- Ability to apply budgeting, benefits tracking and demand management principles to projects
- Ability to apply and appreciate project finances, risk and issue and dependency management within projects.
- Ability to apply all aspects of project documentation and administration relating to successful management and communications of projects
- Able to use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Desirable criteria
- Experience in leading change projects utilising project management methodologies in a health and/or social care environments.
