Our partner organisation for property services, Cyson Cymru, is on a mission to build something great. We're building something new and safety will be at the heart of it. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new organisation and shape how we protect our people, places, and projects from day one. You'll be joining a forward-thinking team that values collaboration, integrity, and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll:
• Lead our health and safety strategy across diverse services including construction, cleaning, and property.
• Act as our competent person under Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
• Develop and oversee policies, audits, and incident management.
• Provide expert advice to teams and senior leaders.
• Line manage one Health & Safety Advisor.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
You'll Be Someone Who...
• Holds NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualifications.
• Is a Graduate Member of IOSH (or working towards Chartered status).
• Has substantial experience in a senior H&S role, ideally in construction or facilities.
• Knows CDM 2015 inside out and can confidently advise on compliance.
• Communicates clearly and leads with integrity.
• Has a UK driving licence and is happy to travel to sites.
