The Job Role
- An experienced head of sales and events to drive an ambitious and determined team to deliver new business
- To provide leadership and guidance to the passionate sales team to achieve sales targets
- Strong experience with sales plans, budgeting and accountability of a P&L
- Motivate and lead a successful sales team providing best practises
- An opportunity to work for an exciting and expanding business
The Requirements
- The ideal head of sales will have previous experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Passionate about delivering amazing service
- Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing a sales strategy
- A solid track record of securing new business within meetings and a wide range of events
