Head of Engagement (Digital Channels and Content)

Role: Hybrid - 2 days office and 3 days remote

Hours: 35 hours - Monday to Friday

Salary: £70,000 + Benefits

Overview:

We want to get slicker at joining up our content and channels - we want you to lead the way! You'll be responsible for setting the overall editorial and content marketing mission statement and integrating all our content. You'll lead on our communications and core digital channels ensuring content remains consistent, resonating with our audiences and driving engagement and revenue.

A little of what you'll be doing:

  • Development of audience-led content and digital channel strategy to include paid, web, email and social platforms.
  • You'll be a process genius who works closely with the marketing planning team to manage the day-to-day operational requirements across the digital ecosystem, including workflow for the production of content and campaigns.
  • With the Head of Marketing Operations, you'll lead on the strategic direction and development of CIM's digital communications channels and platforms across website, social, content, email and digital advertising
  • Lead on a continuous content audit process, ensuring our digital content is working hard to support objectives
  • Develop high performing landing pages and SEO optimised website content to support organisational objectives and user needs.
  • Work closely with the Senior Events and Engagement Manager to implement initiatives and ensure volunteers feel valued and appreciated
  • Mentor and develop the skills of your direct reports including regular 1-2-1/check-in meetings, agree performance and development objectives, review progress and plan on-going development.
