What your role is

Our brand management positions develop the next generation of business leaders through in-role experiences, training and manager coaching.

As part of the Old El Paso & Green Giant Brand Development Team you will actively contribute to generating incremental and profitable growth through our Core via scalable and distinct projects including geo expansion, line extensions, and right size-right price formats (PPA). You will be the Green Giant Champion with ownership of the development and articulation of brand strategies and plans, and will also be the key contact for Pancho Villa, our Mexican brand for Migros in Switzerland, in charge of leading all projects related to rolling-out OEP innovations under this brand 6 months after their launch. You will also play a pivot role in the day-to-day management of the brands/ businesses with responsibility for budget and sample management.

Operating within the context of a global matrix structure, you will be expected to work collaboratively within the BDT, R&D, manufacturing team and local markets to ensure the relevance and successful implementation of the brand development projects.

What you will bring to the team

We are looking for someone with high levels of passion for consumers and our brands.

You will be a fast learner who's able to get up to speed quickly and is energized by personal development and feels comfortable working in an autonomous (and mostly virtual) environment.

Excellent project management skills are a must and so is confidence to lead a global cross-functional team and manage projects with multi-market appeal. You'll also be able to demonstrate sound-critical thinking, problem-solving skills and personal accountability for achieving brand business results.
