The Job Role

• A General Manager to lead a busy cocktail venue.
• A General Manager to manage and run the business day to day
• A General Manager to see the future of the cocktail venue and new aspects, ideas and adventures to take the venue on.
• A General Manager to continually drive standards of Drinks and entertainment services forward within the cocktail venue.
• A General Manager with ideas and creative as you will have autonomy of the menus on site.
• Developing a high-performing and motivated team
• A General Manager that a large personality that will match with the venue.

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night cocktail environment.
• A General Manager with proven experience in a similar venue role.
• A General Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.
• Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
