THE ROLE:The right candidate will be a qualified accountant who will thrive in a high performing team, be able to demonstrate resilience in the face of challenge and bring attention to detail and a commercial mindset to their work.

You'll need to be confident working virtually, across time zones and stakeholders whilst maintaining excellent financial discipline and communication. You will be used to a dynamic business environment where problem-solving and process implementation are attractive challenges. The candidate will be comfortable using large datasets to produce complex models which will support their understanding and forecasting of the Business Unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As FP&A Manager, you'll support the Head of FP&A in the group-level financial planning and analysis, leading the development of robust financial models, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and providing actionable insight to guide sustainable growth.

This is an exceptional opportunity to design an evolving FP&A function within a transforming services business into the world of SaaS. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing performance and customer visibility, and supporting a business changing its place in the market

The role will include:

  • Help support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting across global markets, ensuring alignment with company strategy
  • Help support in the production of insightful board packs
  • Own the financial models to support reporting, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Working with the Finance Data Analyst in building dashboards and automated reports that bring clarity to performance and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention, contribution margin)
  • Driving improvements to FP&A processes utilising new systems, and tools, such as AI
  • Acting as a bridge between FP&A, Financial Reporting, and wider business functions
  • Supporting investor and credit fund reporting, due diligence, and board-level analysis as the business continues its growth journey

Requirements

  • 5+ Years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Experience using large datasets, strong excel modelling and data driven skills
  • Expert-level financial modeller: You can build robust, scalable, and complex models, including experience working with SQL
  • Data-savvy: You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets. Experience with BI tools (like Looker, Tableau, or preferably Power BI) is a major plus
  • Bonus: Previous experience in PE-backed business, particularly within the industrial sector is ideal but not an essential.
  • Experience and understanding of accounting systems essential
