Supporting Lloyds Banking Group, we are looking for friendly customer service advisors to join the team in Leeds City Centre - with the opportunity to work from home once you are up to speed!

 

What will you deliver?

  • Help customers over the phone with all aspects of their personal banking from payment transfers, direct debits, paying bills and supporting them through difficult financial periods
  • Take ownership of the enquiries & value each customer
  • Create a positive experience for the customer and the client

  • Salary up to £21,673.60 after 4 months
  • Current Capita staff with a minimum of 6 months tenure have the option to be home based from day 1, with laptop provided
  • External candidates will have the option to work from home after 3 to 6 months
  • Eligible for a "working in office" bonus equating to £500 at 3 and 6 months

Who are we?

You would be joining our customer experience experts here in our Capita Experience division. Our success is built on over 40 years of understanding the market and understanding customer needs. We currently have 20 UK-based call centres, where we recruit for roles such as customer service, sales, collections and complaint handling.
