The Role
We are seeking an Executive Talent Scout / Senior Talent Sourcer to support Teva's Executive Hiring agenda by identifying and engaging top-tier senior leadership talent. This role combines proactive executive search, long-listing delivery, and market intelligence, bringing forward insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and best-practice ways of working in the executive hiring space.
The role works closely with Teva's Senior Leadership and Executive Hiring team and operates with a high degree of independence, ownership, and strategic accountability.
Key Accountabilities
Executive Search & Long-Listing
• Proactively identify, research, and engage senior leadership and executive talent.
• Build high-quality longlists aligned to executive role requirements.
• Support the end-to-end process from initial outreach through offer stage.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
• Conduct deep market mapping and competitor analysis to identify executive talent pools.
• Track industry news, leadership movements, TA trends, and best practices.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for the Executive Hiring team.
Stakeholder Partnership
• Partner with executive hiring stakeholders to calibrate profiles and refine search strategies.
• Present insights, pipeline health, and market observations clearly and confidently.
• Support agency coordination where required.
Candidate Engagement
• Deliver discreet, high-touch candidate engagement appropriate for senior audiences.
• Craft compelling, personalised outreach that reflects Teva's leadership value proposition.
Data, Tools & Ways of Working
• Maintain strong ATS/CRM discipline and accurate reporting.
• Use data and response signals to continuously improve sourcing strategy.
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques and modern tools to improve speed and precision.
Skills & Requirements
Success Profile
**Essential:** Proven experience in sourcing executive talent within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory environments, and leadership profiles.
