Summary

The Regional Strategic Marketing Manager, EMEA is a member of the Customer Experience team and is a direct report of the Global Director Customer Experience and works closely with them to define the marketing strategies and plans for the assigned region, including the measurement of their impact. Also, responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, critical promotional marketing activities, digital communications, and customer acquisition within the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of products, market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.

The role is based in Manchester and with travel across EMEA region, as required.

Key Accountabilities

As a member of the Customer Experience team:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Define and manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking

Brand Management

  • Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage digital presence including SEO, social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials (brochures, datasheets, case studies, etc.).

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads and engagement.

Product Marketing

  • Launch and promote products and solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points (USPs).
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and training materials for the sales team.

Events & Promotions

  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and industry associations

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of systems and market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Increase in lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Growth in market share and brand awareness.
  • ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Website traffic and engagement metrics.
  • Successful product launches and promotions.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Engineering background in HVAC/Mechanical is a plus). MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Substantial work experience in brand building, systems selling, significant product marketing experience, including development and execution of integrated multi-discipline marketing communications programs, specifically within HVAC, engineering/manufacturing environment - essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems and concepts
  • Experience with CRM systems and tracking of leads from assigning to converting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project Management
