Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Registered Midwife
• Degree/working towards (desirable) / evidence of study at equivalent level / similar experience
• Post-graduate management qualification or equivalent experience

Desirable criteria

• AI AI AI AI Health related degree

Experience

Essential criteria

• Previous experience of managing staff
• Significant experience of working at a senior level
• Evidence of midwifery experience across all areas
• Leadership of clinical governance and patient safety
• Achievement of high quality patient care through evidence based practice

Skills

Essential criteria

• Evidence of providing motivational, professional advice
• Evidence of persuasion and negotiation skills
• Evidence of ability to combine strategic direction with operational delivery
