Fixed term contract for 18 months | £47,320 to £51,304 per annum (Scale L) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

We are seeking a Commissioning Manager to join our team on a one year fixed term contract to lead our Strategic Residential Nursing Homes Programme of work.

The Community and Integration Team sits within the wider Community, Partnerships and Prevention Commissioning Team within Adult Social Care. Our focus is to deliver improved social and health outcomes for our population, and we hold the lead for key integrated programmes of work including the Better Care Fund, Integrated Community Equipment Service, Carers and Enhanced Health and Wellbeing in Care of which the Nursing Home Programme is part of.

This is an opportunity to help shape this important area of work across Norfolk to drive forward our strategic approach, ensuring we have a sustainable sector delivering high quality care.

You will be working with a number of commissioning and operational teams within adult social care as well as with health colleagues, and of course the provider market, so you should have excellent relationship, communication and organisational skills together with a strong grasp of project management.
