- 37 hours per week
- Fixed term or Secondment - until 31 July 2026

We're looking for a dynamic Business Resources Manager to join our Children and Young People's Services team.

Your role and responsibilities
As Business Resources Manager, you will:
- lead strategic partnership programmes from inception to delivery.
- work with the leadership team to align partnerships with long term strategic goals.
- drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with national and local standards.
- build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- support governance, planning, and decision-making at the highest levels.

The team
In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Assistant Director for Transformation and Improvement and the Executive Director for Children and Young People. You will provide high quality support within a partnership and governance context.
You will work alongside our wider senior management group and partners, joining collegiate colleagues working in support of the services aims. You will have close working relationships with Heads of Service in many key CYP services, as well as with our Strategic Partners in HR, Finance, ICT, Program Management and Data and Intelligence.
