Your task will be to attract new regional industrial equipment accounts. The scope of the role is to spearhead growth in the industrial equipment area and identify the key departmental heads who in turn influence the final decision-making. Your ability to manage high- level relationships is a key element. Business expectations will vary from department to department.

Your tasks
- Developing new business by meeting target number of customer visits.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and drive sales growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Point contact for the partnership with distribution channel in Ireland.
- Accountability for driving development of relationship with channel partner in Ireland.
- Develop and maintain business plan for region with the ability to adjust to business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for our clients.
- Setting up meetings and planning and preparing product demonstrations.
- Communicating solutions to prospective clients.
- Preparing quotations, building and maintaining a pipeline.
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
- Follow and report on competitor activities and other market intelligence.
- Feedback Voice of Customer into manufacturing.
