Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, we're looking for an Audit Assistant Manager who can bring fresh energy, expertise and ambition to our team.
As an Audit Assistant Manager here, you'll be working with a varied and dynamic client base, from SMEs to larger multi-entity groups, you'll enjoy exposure to a broad range of sectors and engaging assignments. You will work with the latest technology, enabling you to deliver more efficient, insightful audits and focus on what really matters - adding value to our clients.
The Role
As our Audit Assistant Manager, from day one there will be a clear pathway to senior leadership. Working closely with the Senior Audit Manager and Directors, you will taking increasing ownership of team management responsibilities:
• Day to day leadership of audit assignments.
• Build strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout the audit process.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and improvement projects.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop and support junior team members.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• ACA/ ACCA qualified with audit experience in practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
• Experience leading audit assignments and reviewing the work of others.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and support others.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to coach and develop colleagues.
