Knight Frank is looking to hire an Associate, Events Manager to join our Global HQ at Baker Street.

Role:

The Events, Hospitality, and Charity team supports and manages corporate, staff, and charity events for the Commercial, Residential, and Business Services divisions in the UK and overseas. The Associate Events Manager role involves overseeing the development and delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-quality in-person and virtual events across the UK and globally. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to propose event plans that align with the company's strategic direction and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key Residential, Commercial & Global events from inception to completion, bringing creative ideas on how to make the most out of the experience and deliver ROI.
  • The responsibility for managing all event logistics and working alongside Marketing, Research, Accounts, Procurement and internal support teams to produce assets, collateral, content, event contracts and budgets.
  • Manage a portfolio of virtual and face-to-face events. This includes, delivering and growing a number of events.
  • Stakeholder management at every level, building strong relationships within the business.
  • Deliver individual event strategies, planning and developing resource, budget, timescales, policies and processes that are fit for purpose.
  • Create, manage and monitor event timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Working with internal and external suppliers and agencies to ensure the successful running of an event, post-event analysis and reporting, feedback and budget reviews with the Head of Events and key Stakeholders.
  • Research, source put forward new opportunities and venues for future events within the business.
  • Some Travel overseas for international events required.

Key Experience Required:

  • Senior Event Management professional with at least 5 - 7 years' experience, ideally from a corporate background and fast-paced environment.
  • Property experience (advantageous)
  • Degree educated and professional event qualifications (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of Monday.com and event platforms (including virtual), (advantageous)
  • A clean driver's license.
