Assistant Director Social Work Quality and Practice | Permanent contract | £77,732 to £86,720 per annum (Scale O) | 37 hours per week| County Hall, Norwich (Hybrid)
We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Assistant Director of Social Work, Quality and Practice.
This is a brand new and exciting role in a department with an ambitious strategic vision focusing on Relational Practice and a culture of improvement and continuous learning.
You will lead our refreshed Quality and Improvement Framework and oversee a team that has a great blend of experienced quality officers and new posts - all with operational backgrounds. You will also have oversight of the managers of our emergency duty team and continuing health care team.
You will have a strong operational and leadership background with a demonstrated commitment to quality practice and development.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and experienced team receiving excellent support, with ample opportunity to influence change and developments as we grow together as a department.
