Job Title - Area Manager

Location - Thurrock/Medway/Chatham RM17 6XE

Salary - £34,000 - 37,000

Duration - Full Time

We are District Enforcement, we work in close partnership with many local authorities and are an award-winning provider in tackling anti-social behaviour across Britain's parks and open spaces. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Area Manager to work across sites in Thurrock, Medway and Chatham...are you interested?

Your role will be to ensure that the sites you cover perform against their operational and budgetary requirements by providing leadership and direction to your site teams. Are you a confident leader with experience in managing several sites and the frontline staff there? What we need you to bring to the team:

• Experience in mentoring and managing staff to get the best out of your team's performance.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships with our clients, meeting with them regularly.
• To be well organised and be able to prioritise the workload for yourself and others.
• Bring the authority and confidence needed to make a positive difference, changing the behaviours of offenders.
• A great attitude where nothing is too much trouble and our customers both internally and externally come first.
