Role Overview
As an Application Architect, you will define and lead the architecture vision for digital products, including mobile banking, online platforms, and customer-facing solutions. You'll design secure, scalable systems aligned with business goals and compliance standards, while guiding development teams and influencing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect end-to-end solutions using modern tech stacks and integration patterns.
- Strategic Vision: Shape the technology roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term goals.
- Governance: Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into technical solutions and advise senior leadership.
- Technology Leadership: Promote strategic technologies and mentor team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- Architecture Expertise: Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP including migration and architecture.
- Software Engineering: Strong development background (Java, Python) and agile practices.
- Banking Domain Knowledge: Experience in payments, cards, loans, or digital banking channels.
- Communication & Problem Solving: Ability to articulate complex ideas and design innovative solutions.
