To secure planning permission and the best possible rights with landlords to deploy a
defined group of new and existing telecom sites. To work with the Cornerstone and
Operator regional teams to achieve the optimum site solution in terms of time, cost &
Quality.

What You'll Do

•Deliver Cornerstone-owned acquisition activities across a defined group of sites to achieve Cornerstone and Shareholder targets.
•Manage Acquisition Agents, Solicitors, and 3rd party suppliers involved in acquisition delivery.
•Coordinate with Cornerstone and Operator regional teams to plan, track, and deliver acquisition targets.
•Keep site level forecasts accurate and compliant with agreed standards.
Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, including Operators, Landlords, and Suppliers.
•Ensure full adherence to the Cornerstone Landlord Engagement Policy.
•Support health & safety, environmental, business continuity, and information security requirements.
•Deliver acquisition and lease targets, securing optimal lease terms in line with business objectives.
•Drive regional acquisition performance through effective supplier and stakeholder management.
•Provide clear, timely reporting on progress, risks, and issues, taking ownership of resolutions and performance improvements.
•Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver against KPIs while upholding professionalism, integrity, and the Landlord Pledge.
•Demonstrate strong performance through target achievement, accurate forecasting, issue resolution, policy compliance, and robust stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Bring

•Strong acquisition and property expertise, including site acquisition, lease negotiation, and property law, supported by experience in telecoms or infrastructure delivery.
•Ability to manage and quality assure work from Acquisition Agents, Solicitors, and 3rd party suppliers, driving performance across high volumes of sites.
•Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with strong organisation and planning to handle multiple sites and priorities.
•Strong analytical, problem solving, and forecasting skills, with sound judgement to manage risk and escalate issues appropriately.
•Experience preparing Heads of Terms and legal contracts, plus knowledge of H&S, environmental, and information security standards.
•Understanding of the New Electronic Communications Code is preferred
