The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a growth focused Account manager to join our team, responsible for owning transactional in-term and end-of term transactions, coming from a range of accounts in the Contractors, Housebuilders & Residential Developers/Owners segments of the Construction market.

In this role you will:

  • Manage a pipeline of high velocity transactions from initial qualification through to close, including service variations, contract extensions and renewals.
  • Liaise directly with customers via phone and email to conclude commercial transactions and support with user queries or issue resolution.
  • Ensure that you are aware of when contracts are due to complete, and that the appropriate next steps for the account are in progress ahead of time
  • Develop, maintain, and utilise a high-level knowledge of the Zutec Software Products and the wider construction industry
  • Ensure CRM (Hubspot) best practices are followed, and that data is always kept current and accurate
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of active pipeline, to provide accurate forecasting of all in quarter and future opportunities

Requirements
What are we looking for?

You'll be excited by the opportunity to use the experience you've gained in Account Management, to maximise the commercial opportunity within your allocated book of business by closing a range of in-term and end-of-term deals.

Using the experience, you've gained managing B2B accounts you'll be adept at managing a high-volume high velocity pipeline to close deals in line with forecast.

You'll be comfortable communicating and presenting at all business levels via phone, email and in-person meetings. Using the knowledge and experience you have gained so far in your career; you'll then be comfortable moving these deals through the pipeline efficiently to close.

You understand the importance of time management and prioritisation, ensuring your renewals and variations are handled in a timely manner, allowing you to focus on growing those enterprise opportunities.
