Account Director
We are recruiting for an Account Director for a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Guardian Jobs sales team. You will be joining a diverse and dynamic sales floor and will focus on developing and sourcing new client prospects and leads to grow the volume of GNM clients. As one of the UK’s most trusted and premium recruitment brands it will be your responsibility to sell recruitment advertising to clients to help them find the best candidates for their vacancies. You will grow relationships through face to face sales meetings, form strong networks and appoint a high volume of clients to generate sufficient new business opportunities, and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
A strong sales background is desired. Ideally you will have worked within media, recruitment advertising or recruitment, but the most important attribute is your attitude, desire and determination - we can teach the rest.
We are looking for:
- Demonstrable ability to successfully generate revenue and work in a target-driven environment
- Proven track record of building long-term relationships, preferably face-to-face as well as telephone
- Proven ability to sell across multiple platforms
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Self-motivated and resilient

In addition to our base salary we offer a generous quarterly 40% bonus structure based on hitting individual targets & KPIs, as well an uncapped 3% commission on new business.
