The Role:

This growth opportunity is for a seasoned professional stepping into the role of Account Director. In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding client relationships grounded in trust and mutual respect.

Your leadership will inspire teams, foster innovation, and orchestrate impactful campaigns. With your finger on the pulse of industry trends, you will drive the evolution of our brand's offerings and seize strategic growth opportunities.

Your expanded role entails ensuring a unified strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring seamless delivery. Effective communication will be instrumental in cultivating a strong partnership that maximises creative potential and achieves shared objectives. Embracing a culture of agility and innovation, you will

optimise processes and champion a continuous improvement mindset. By monitoring campaign outcomes through data analysis, you will drive enhancements and make strategic course corrections when needed.

Your wider agency team will view you as a digital and social expert, a go-getter, who keeps everyone on track and communicates brilliantly whilst striving for the best creative product that the agency can produce.

Key Responsibilities

• Being the day-to-day manager of your specific projects, the client's first port of call.

• Develop, maintain and extend client relationships, become your client's partner,

• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business. Understand their pressures, products, goals and motivations, both on a project and business level.

• Manage client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Be upfront, clear and honest at all times.

• Champion exacting standards for agency work, prioritising meticulous attention to detail and precision in representation.

• Cultivate an environment that encourages the exploration of creative boundaries and visionary thinking.

• Adopt an open and adaptable mindset towards industry trends, ensuring our approach remains relevant and fresh.

• Foster a creative atmosphere that aligns the client's perspective with the agency's profitability objectives.

• Promote diversity and inclusivity to nurture a creative environment that embraces a spectrum of perspectives.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in creativity, marketing, and industry trends.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media platform developments, trends, and emerging formats, effectively leveraging this knowledge to drive campaign success.

• Facilitate collaboration and inclusiveness by valuing and integrating diverse viewpoints from team members.

• Provide strategic counsel to clients, aligning their goals with effective campaign strategies.

• Collaborate in crafting presentations that compellingly showcase the agency's capabilities and expertise.

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and propagating agency values and culture.

• Optimise operational efficiency by refining processes and workflows for superior outcomes.

• Work closely with your PM team to oversee project timings and ensure projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).

• Build strong working relationships with creative, planning and the wider account team.

• Help to drive the culture of the agency - become integral to its identity.

• Escalate to senior management when support is required.

Requirements

• Proven track record in successfully overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse platforms and channels.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project execution from strategic inception to flawless implementation, ensuring seamless integration.

• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of integrated campaigns.

• Experience in adapting global consistency to suit local nuances.

• Proficiency in harnessing digital tools for integrated campaign orchestration and targeted audience engagement.

• Ability to leverage data analytics to inform the development of integrated strategies.

• Track record in budget management and achieving cost-effective project delivery.

• Experience navigating the intricacies of integrated campaigns for global brands.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for conveying the value of integrated campaigns.

• Keen eye for identifying integration opportunities across diverse marketing channels.

• Proven capability to adapt integrated strategies based on performance insights.

• Skill in crafting and delivering engaging presentations for clients.

• Familiarity with emerging trends in integrated marketing.

• Ability to manage multiple integrated projects with unwavering attention to detail.

• Strategic alignment of integrated campaigns with overarching brand objectives.
